Your story and goals
We begin with what has brought you here, what matters most now, and the questions you want answered.
Your first visit
Your first RCA appointment is a conversation about your history, priorities, timing, and the options that may fit. You do not need to arrive with every answer.
New patient appointments in Connecticut or New York City are offered depending on availability.

Before the appointment
Previous fertility testing, treatment summaries, medication lists, cycle information, and relevant medical or surgical records can be helpful. If records are incomplete, your care team can explain what is useful and what may need to be repeated. Please use secure channels for medical records rather than a public website form.

Your clinician reviews relevant reproductive, medical, surgical, and family history, including prior treatment when applicable.
Testing is individualized. Recommendations may include ovarian reserve, uterine or tubal assessment, semen testing, or selected hormone studies.
You leave with an understandable plan for records, testing, follow-up, and the decisions that come next.
Practical planning
Costs and coverage
Your clinical plan is developed first. The financial team can then help review expected services, insurance information, and available next steps without requiring sensitive policy information in a public form.
