Innovative & integrated care

Innovation, with evidence and context.

Advanced care should never feel like a list of add-ons. RCA considers each strategy in relation to your diagnosis, timeline, prior response and family-building goals—then explains what is established, what is individualized and what remains emerging.

01 · Before treatment

Prepare with purpose

Clinician-guided review of nutrition, supplements, metabolic health, medications and preconception needs. Recommendations support overall health and are not presented as guaranteed fertility enhancers.

02 · Stimulation strategy

Individualized ovarian stimulation

Conventional, mild or minimal-stimulation IVF may be considered according to ovarian reserve, treatment history and priorities. For selected patients, dual stimulation may be discussed when time or oocyte accumulation is especially important.

03 · Embryology

AI-assisted embryo assessment

Validated imaging and computational tools may support consistent laboratory review. They serve as decision support—not a replacement for the embryologist, physician judgment or an individualized transfer plan.

04 · Family-building options

Coordinated dual-path planning

When clinically appropriate, patients may discuss a coordinated pathway that combines donor-egg family building with preservation of their own eggs or embryos, with clear timelines and counseling for each path.

05 · Genetics

Genetics, with guardrails

Genetic counseling, carrier screening and established forms of preimplantation genetic testing may be integrated when indicated. SNP- and polygenic-based embryo screening remains emerging and is not presented as proven routine care.

06 · Whole-person care

Connected care beyond the cycle

RCA can coordinate with maternal–fetal medicine, genetics, nutrition, mental-health and family-building professionals so treatment decisions are supported medically and emotionally.

A thoughtful next step

Ask which options are relevant to your care.

Not every strategy is appropriate for every patient. Clinical use and availability depend on individual evaluation, current evidence, laboratory protocols and professional guidance.

Beyond fertility treatment

Endocrine & hormone health

Explore coordinated evaluation for PCOS, irregular cycles, thyroid and metabolic factors, and menopause-related concerns—connected to reproductive goals when relevant.

LABORATORY LEADERSHIP

The lab is part of the care team.

Embryology decisions support each IVF cycle from fertilization through culture, cryopreservation, and transfer planning. RCA’s laboratory team works alongside the clinical team to explain the process clearly and keep your care coordinated.

Treatment and laboratory recommendations are individualized after clinical review; no technology or laboratory method can guarantee an outcome.
